RHUBARB PIE

I got some lovely rhubarb from my grandmother's garden so I was (as good as) obliged to make a nice pie!    It's a crushy base with rhubarb and apple filing and crumble topping.    Definitely one of my favourites but I've always had a weak spot for rhubarb!   

A SUNDAY AFTERNOON FRUIT PIE

I just love kiwis to decorate on a fruit pie.  Especially the golden kiwis are great to combine with the green version.  In the middle I put some cherries.   The bottom are crumbles cookies and vanilla crem on top.  

MILLIONAIRE CHOCOLATE CAKE

I just had to add this item on my blog, the title alone speaks to the imagination!  it's a highly concentrated chocolate heavenly dessert.  A layer of light pastry and a delicious filling.
