FRANGIPANE PIE WITH PINEAPPLE
I just love the fact of glazing dripping of the border of a pie.. It's an almond filling combined with pineapple chunks. Let us not forget about a generous layer of glazing on top! :)
SEMOLINA PIE
It's not my personal favorite but it's one that brings lost of childhood memories for Belgians. it's semolina pie. It's combined with lots of raisins as that goes perfectly with semolina.
