MINI CUPCAKES

I had to make a little dessert for a bbq so I thought of these mini cupcakes.  the flavours are vanilla and chocolate and the topping is ganache.

RIJSTTAART (RICE PUDDING PIE)

This is called a 'rijsttaart' in Dutch.  it's rice pudding in a pie actually.  It's a very popular dessert in Belgium and very much liked.   You can buy it at any bakkery's so it's not that special but still very jammie.
