This is my first impression of a hi-hat cupcake .. I must admit that it wasn't exactly what I was expecting so I will definitely just have to call this attempt number 1 and give into attempt number 2 which will follow at some point ..

This is a lovely vanilla cupcake with a raspberry cover, the fresh raspberry was made sweeter with a sprinkling of vanilla sugar.
