APPLE PIE

I must admit that I have a weak spot for apple dishes but this one is brilliant .. I could gladly eat the whole pie in one afternoon.   This actually means that I keep on opening and closing the fridge to attack it with my fork :-) 

ALMOND STRAWBERRY SLICE

A nice crumbly base with a marmelade filing and crushy almond topping.  Just a perfect team to completely make your fingers stick!

CHOCOLATE SURPRISE

I called it a surprise as you can hardly call it a chocolate biscuit with a chocolate dollop on it.  It's a simple chocolate cookie, a chocolate ganache with orange licqueur and some sweetened orange peel on top.



PEACH CAKE

A peach cake made for my colleagues for my birthday.  After the cake cooled off I covered it with marmelade so it would not get dry.  It made the top quite sticky but it gave extra flavour to the fresh peaches on top.
