LEMON PIE

It doesn't always have to be sweet, made this for my work colleagues and they had it with some ice cream.   The juice of 4 lemons went in the pie so it was very lemony!   I must try it with limes as well as I'm sure it will slightly change the colour. 

PEACH CLAFOUTIS

I grew up with this "clafoutis aux peches".  I have great memories of my grandmother making this for me on a rainy afternoon after school or during school holidays.  The nice thing is that I can now make it for her and pay her back for all the times that she "had" to make it for me! :)  

It looks a bit of a mess but if you take a spoon full of sweet peach with the soft creamy filling you just close your eyes and you're in sweet heaven!
